According to Paragraph 2, Article 55 of the Provisions on the Administration of Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Education(No. 41 Order of the Ministry of Education, China), and Article 45 of the SJTU Regulations on Graduate Education and Management(HJY [2019] 72), the special meeting authorized by the president on December 19, 2019 concluded that 21 graduate students met the conditions to dropout from the university, and were therefore requested to withdraw from SJTU.
Since the students listed below cannot be reached by the university, the decision for their dropout is hereby announced. The decision is deemed to be delivered to the student ten days after this notice has been released. Upon reading this notice, the students listed below are advised to contact the graduate office of their respective school immediately to collect the written decision, and then go through the procedures to leave the university as requested.
If there is any objection to the decision of the University, the student has the right to submit an appeal to the Student Appeal Committee in written form within 10 days after the delivery date of this notice. Those who fail to file the appeal within this period of time is deemed to waive this rights.
