Dear graduate students,
The course enrollment system will be open from 10:00, Dec 9, 2019 to 20:00, Dec 27, 2019 for courses offered in the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year. The detailed arrangements are as follows:
1.For arrangements of mathematical courses, please refer to the attached files. Matrix Theory taught in English will be offered.
2.English for Academic Purposes
In the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year,English for Academic Purposes will be offered on both the Minhang Campus and the Xuhui Campus. There are 70 teaching classes available on the Minhang Campus, among them 62 classes are oriented for domestic students and 8 classes for international students. There are 14 teaching classes available on the Xuhui Campus, with 10 oriented for domestic students and 4 for international students.The graduates need to enroll the suitable teaching class by themselves; please pay attention to the remark information for the teaching class.
3.Chinese
International students who intend to continue to study Chinese can apply online via https://tongqu.me/act/22417. Upon approval, the university will arrange the teaching class accordingly.
4.Introduction to Chinese Culture
In the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, the Introduction to Chinese Culture courses will be offered on both the Minhang Campus and the Xuhui Campus. There are 3 teaching classes available on the Minhang Campus, with 1 in Chinese and 2 in English. There are 2 teaching classes available on the Xuhui Campus, with 1 in Chinese and 1 in English. Please enroll the proper class according to your level of Chinese.
5.Specialized Courses
Specialized core courses are arranged by School and their enrollments are carried out at the same time with general courses.
6.Add/Drop and training plan
The add/drop of courses will be opened in the first two weeks of the spring semester. Students who need to modify their training plan please make the revision through the Graduate Information Management System during the first two weeks of the spring semester and add/drop the relevant courses.
Course retake/re-examination applications should also be made during the add/drop period.
