1.For arrangements of mathematical and other general courses for full-time graduate students, please refer to the attached files. Note that the mathematical course of Biostatistics taught in English will be offered in the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.

2.English for Academic Purposes

In the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year,English for Academic Purposes will be offered on both the Minhang Campus and the Xuhui Campus. There are 62 teaching classes available on the Minhang Campus, among them 54 classes (M01-M54) are oriented for domestic students and 8 classes (M55-M62) for international students. There are 10 teaching classes available on the Xuhui Campus, with 7 (X01-X07) oriented for domestic students and 3 (X08-X10) for international students.

The students are advised to login the Graduate Education Information Management System and select their classes. The course enrollment system will be open from 10:00 AM, December 26, 2018 to 20:00 PM, January 11, 2019. Please pay attention to the restrictions set out for each teaching class in the remarks session when enrolling the course.

3.Physical Education

In the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, the Physical Education courses for master students and direct PhD students are offered on the Minhang and Xuhui campuses. Course enrollment will be open in the beginning of the spring semester. Please pay attention to the announcement on the website of the Graduate School.

4.Scientific Writing, Integrity, and Ethics

In the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, the Scientific Writing, Integrity, and Ethics courses will be offered in both the Minhang and Xuhui campuses. The detailed arrangements on teaching classes and course enrollment will be open in the beginning of the spring semester. Please pay attention to the announcement on the website of the Graduate School.

5.Introduction to Chinese Culture

In the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, the Introduction to Chinese Culture courses will be offered on the Xuhui Campus with 4 teaching classes, 2 in Chinese and 2 in English.

International students who need to take this course in the spring semester please visit the Graduate School (Room 327, Chen Ruiqiu Building, Minhang; Ms. Jiang，Email: joeyjiang@sjtu.edu.cn) to register before the commencing of the course. Students successfully registered will be arranged in one of the teaching classes.
